La création du FIL Guybourg–Haig-Beauclerk, initiée par l'arrondissement de Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, est rendue possible grâce à la contribution financière de l'arrondissement de Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, de la Ville de Montréal, de la SAQ, de l’Administration portuaire de Montréal, UAP et de PME MTL Centre-Est.
